Color Guard is one of the most prestigious clubs we have. In a color guard, there is a commander who carries the saber, two rifle guards, and usually two flag carriers. Weekly Color Guard meetings are held on Mondays when the cadets practice for more than 40 performances throughout the school year. The Color Guard is resposible for the morning and afternoon revielle of the State and National flags. The CG competes in competitions such as the Sarasota Drill Meet, Collier County Drill Meet, and if qualified, The State Drill Meet. By participating and doing well in this club, you are able to earn ribbons, medals, a tab, shoulder cords, berets and a Varsity Letter.
